Lube Tech | In this role you will…
Diagnose, adjust, repair hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, conveyors, trucks, end dumps, etc. used in demolition/civil.
  • Draining the oil from equipment and replacing it to manufacturer specifications
  • Topping off other fluids, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid
  • Inspecting the engine block and underbody for leaks and potential issues
  • Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacturer specifications
  • Installing new parts, such as air filters, oil filters, windshield wipers and batteries
  • Lubricating moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensuring the engine is kept clean throughout servicing
  • Diagnosing existing issues and consulting with the Shop/Equipment Manager to address issues
  • Verbal and written communication to the Shop/Equipment Manager
What we look for:
  • High School/GED  
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in related field
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented and flexible to help where needed
  • CDL
  • HazMat certified/or willing to obtain HazMat certification
