Project Manager | In this role you will…
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Staff Plumber to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role requiring both technical fieldwork and project oversight. The ideal candidate will possess a valid plumbing license and experience in estimating, managing projects, and performing onsite plumbing tasks as needed. This role is integral to the success of our civil infrastructure projects.
  • Plumbing Operations
    • Install, maintain, and repair water and waste systems in civil construction projects.
    • Diagnose system issues and perform corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with all local codes and safety standards.
    • Work with city municipalities to pull and manage permits
  • Estimating & Job Costing
    • Review drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
    • Conduct material take-offs and cost projections.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee plumbing scopes from inception to completion.
    • Develop and manage plumbing schedules and job timelines.
    • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and field teams to maintain alignment.
  • Field Supervision
    • Lead plumbing crews on-site and manage subcontractors when necessary.
    • Train and mentor junior plumbers or apprentices.
    • Provide hands-on assistance as required during critical project phases.
What we look for:
  • Required Qualifications
    • Active and valid Plumbing License (State-issued)
    • 5+ years of experience in commercial or civil plumbing
    • Strong skills in project estimation and plumbing system management
    • Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents
    • Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and standards
    • Competence with project planning and estimating tools
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
    • Experience in public works or municipal utility projects
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
